2022, the year of change

2022 has taught me so much.

I set out at the beginning of 2022, determined to make this year, the year of change. I cut my hair shorter, became more body confident and pierced my nose- still can’t believe I actually did that one and didn’t totally bottle it! Haha! All little things that have given me that boost that I needed to start Frankie Lily Photography. My littlest human has started school and I now find myself with more freedom. Freedom to be creative. Freedom to be myself. Freedom to work on my business, my confidence and feeling more like Frankie again. Not just Mummy.

So what has this all taught me? That I can bloody do it, that’s what! It’s taught me that, that life long nagging determination which I’ve always had is good for more than just putting together flat pack furniture without lobbing it out the window Ha! A determination to learn and grow and succeed. It’s also taught me that working two jobs whilst raising a family and trying to be a good wife and friend is really hard work and there really aren’t enough hours in the day, but I have learnt that I,m made of tough stuff and that this will work, because I am determined to make it work.

So what will I make the year 2023? It might not be quite as full of change as its predecessor, but I’m excited for the ride.
